Leopold Harze clay sculptures at Museum of the Walloon Life (Liege)
Leopold Harze (1831 - 1893) , the talented sculptor from Liege, succeeded in capturing Walloon social life and customs with a highly delicate touch. Armed with his modeling clay, he could sculpt scenes of everyday life from the street, the market, colliery and carnival with humor, tenderness and modesty.
