Hauptmann Oswald Boelcke...
I have several composition pilots from 30s produced by Elastolin, Froha, Leyla and Schusso.
Actually I don't know if the Leyla guy wearing a visor cap is supposed to be a pilot, but I can see certain resemblance to
Oswald Boelcke (19 May 1891 – 28 October 1916), who was a German flying ace of the First World War credited with 40 victories.
He and Max Immelmann were the first German fighter pilots awarded the Pour le Mérite.
